Q: How far in advance should I place an order?

A: Typically, we prefer at least one to two days notice for most items. Custom cookies and cakes require two or more days notice depending on the level of detail required. Please note that, for holiday seasons, we may have to stop taking orders so that we can ensure we are able to keep the showcases stocked with product as well. In short, please place your orders as soon as possible!

Q: Do you make custom cakes and cookies?

A: Absolutely! We love to create our customers special requests for their various occasions! Give us a call or send us an email with a picture of something you like! When you email, please include your name, phone number, a picture (if you have one), and how many people the cake needs to feed. Not 100% sure of what you want? Just give us something to work with and we can make suggestions.

**Please note that all custom cake and cookie orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. If the order placed is something we consider out of the ordinary, we may require 100% payment in advance. The reason for this is to avoid our team completing orders that end up not getting paid for.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes! We offer gift cards in any amount! You can give the gift of Freeman’s that never goes stale!

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes! We charge a delivery fee based on the amount of items being delivered and the distance of the delivery.

Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes. Ultimately, what is being shipped will determine how quickly we need to get it delivered. Please note, to ensure freshness, we have to ship most products overnight. Depending on what you are shipping and where it is going, this means you may end up paying more for shipping than the product itself. We are humbled to say that many customers still request us to ship items, and have shipped as far away as Tennessee.

Q: Do you make gluten free, sugar free, vegan, or Keto products?

A: Currently, we offer gluten-free items by order only. We hope to carry a limited selections of sugar-free and gluten-free products in our showcases in the near future. We currently do not offer vegan or Keto products but hope to have those soon too! We will update this section and post on social media when they are available.

Q: Do you have any items for people with nut allergies?

A: While we do offer some items that are technically “nut free,” we do make all products in the same area. Therefore, there is the possibility of cross-contamination. If you, or a loved one, have a severe nut allergy, we do not recommend you purchase our products.

Q: Do your products contain preservatives?

A: We do not add preservatives to our made-from-scratch products. Here are some basic guidelines:

Donuts: Best enjoyed the same day purchased

Pastries: Best enjoyed the same day purchased

Cookies: Best enjoyed within 2-3 days

Cakes: Best enjoyed within 3-4 days

Cupcakes: Best enjoyed within 1-2 days

Q: I can’t get there to pick my order up on time. Can I come later?

A: To ensure freshness, we recommend picking up your order on the scheduled day and time. However, you can pick it up later during store hours. We can hold your order until the next day, but we don’t use preservatives, so it won’t be as fresh. We are unable to provide refunds for pre-orders that are forgotten or not picked up.
